Gorgeous coat, lightweight and easy to put on. So perfect!
I have a Springer Spaniel who HAS to get soaking wet on every outing, and often doesn't realise how cold he is, so I needed to find something to help him dry off, stop his teeth from chattering, and warm him up in the truck. A colleague has two of these coats for her dogs and she raved about them, so i purchased one. I chose a Large so it would cover his bum, and it works brilliantly. He struts around proudly when he's wearing it and it definitely keeps him warmer than his normal dog jackets.
After using several different branded collars and harness’ we’ve found for our pup that pointer and hound completely blow the competition out of the water. Practicality and integrity of the harness is second to none with extra inside padding you can really feel the quality and manufacturing difference
from alternative designs.
On a side note our 5 year old loves the fact our pup can now carry his own poo bags with the clip on attachments.
Our second purchase, bought to match the blue tartan Signature collar. Beautifully designed, comfortable and immensely practical, this high quality harness is exactly what one would expect from Pointer and Hound. It took us from the mountain peaks of Snowdonia to trendy Cotswolds market towns when on our recent travels. The grab handle is a particularly useful addition. An instant classic.
Took a while to adjust the fit correctly but once done it works well. Our Dalmatian seems very happy in it and using the front ring has stopped his pulling. Also found the handle to be useful if I want a bit more security in busy areas when we are standing still. Pleased we spent the money to buy a well made harness.
Probably could have sized down to an XS but overall it’s a great harness.
Great product very well made and durable. I got a large to fit my 32kg Amstaff Ned. Fits him well and he has no problems wearing it. My only con is it may be a hot for him to wear for full day’s adventures in the Australian bush during summer.
Absolutely works as described. Love the "salon" look for our two boys. Warms the heart watching them dry out after a day out and a wash.

We’ve been eyeing this rain jacket for Hunter since he was a puppy, but we waited for him to grow bigger before ordering. Now at 14 months, we chose a large size. As soon as the first sign of rain appeared, it was straight on. He’s a slim build but fits well due to it being adjustable around the waist and leg straps for a comfortable fit while still allowing room for him to fill out as he matures.
He can move freely in the jacket and received several compliments on how handsome he looked in it!
My vizsla, Reka is a high energy 18 month old who like to pull, she outgrew her harness so thought I would try this and honestly couldn’t be happier , it’s more robust than her last harness so she was a little unsure at first but as soon as we went on the first walk she was away and loving it, she pulls less - she’s totally mobile to bounce around like vizsla’s do.
I’d def recommend and will get another one for my other vizsla when he gets a bit bigger 🤎

This is such a great coat, easy to put on and seems to be comfortable for my dog to wear and keeps her cosy and dry. I met a lady when we were out walking and she asked me heaps of questions about the coat so I was able to show her all about it!

I love this harness! It's the only thing my husky puppy hasn't destroyed. There was a minor manufacturing issue, and the moment I brought it to Pointer and Hound's attention, they sent me a brand-new harness with a return label for the faulty one so they could inspect exactly what went wrong. That's terrific customer service, and I felt so supported throughout the entire process. I will be back for more!!
Buckles and straps can be felt through rug. If this issue was sorted definitely a 10 out of 10.
Fab harness. I purchased size medium for my 5 month old girl. A little big for her on the smallest notches. Is wearable but slides sideways. She will fit this properly in a couple of months. People have noticed and commented on her harness. Other brands size medium harnesses are too small for her. She is a medium size golden doodle so will expand in the chest area for a perfect fit.

This coat is fantastic, beautiful made and the fit could not be better.
We have only been out in the rain once since he has had the coat but the rain just beaded and ran off and Hugo was lovely and dry underneath.
