Refund Policy:
We understand that sometimes the wrong size or style is ordered - it happens! 
You’re welcome to return your item for a Store Credit, which can be used anytime toward another item(s) of your choice. Please note that we only issue refunds for items confirmed to be faulty after assessment. In all other cases - we offer Store Credit only.

Returns Guidelines:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item(s). 
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your items, as we're unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit. Tracking also allows you to keep an eye on your return and confirm when it's been delivered to our warehouse. 
• Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached and free from pet hair or stains. If returned items appear used or not in resellable condition, we won’t be able to issue a credit.
• In the case above, where an item(s) is returned not in original condition - We will contact you to arrange the item’s return to you. Return postage for rejected items is the responsibility of the customer. If return postage is not paid within 14 days, the item will be considered abandoned.

Exchanges:

Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, we'll issue you a store credit for the value of your returned item, which you can use to place a new order for your preferred size, colour or product. We don't offer direct exchanges or hold stock for exchanges.

We've found this process to be much faster and more reliable for both our customers and fulfilment teams, avoiding delays caused by stock availability, address changes or additional shipping / added item payments. It also gives you the flexibility to choose exactly what you'd like, update your delivery details if needed and complete your new order whenever you're ready. Orders placed before 2pm (local warehouse time) are usually dispatched the same day!

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Once we have inspected and processed your return, you will be emailed a store credit voucher which you can use to purchase your preferred product(s). These credit vouchers do not expire.

If your return is showing 'Delivered' but you have not heard from us within 3 days, please reach out so we can check with our warehouse teams on the status of your return!

Our warehouses are closed on weekends.
