Shipping prices: New Zealand

  • Flat rate of $8 to urban areas, or $13 for Rural Shipping
  • FREE Shipping on NZ orders over $150
  • Click & Collect available for Christchurch only. The collection address is in Halswell (It's not the PO Box) you will be emailed the collection address once your order is ready for pickup.

Please note - If your address is rural and Rural Shipping is not selected at checkout, we will hold rural parcels until the balance has been paid.

What is the order processing time?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of you ordering, not counting weekends or public holidays. We're committed to delivering your purchase promptly as we know you and your pet are eager to enjoy it. Over busy periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatching orders, we appreciate your patience and understanding and will do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery to urban locations in New Zealand typically occurs within 1-3 working days for products that are currently in stock. For rural areas in NZ, please allow up to 7 working days for your items to arrive. We use NZ Post overnight courier service so its usually quite fast, but shipping delays are out of our control.

For Australia please allow 8-12 working days.

There may be occasional delays due to unforeseen courier complications or busy times of year. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. If your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated time frames above, or you are worried about its whereabouts, please contact us - we are more than happy to lodge a parcel enquiry on your behalf.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed! Keep an eye out for this in your emails. Be sure to check junk / spam folders if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The only reason you won't receive this is if you have entered the wrong email address by mistake. To correct this, you can contact us to update your email.
