FAQ's for our sale

When does the sale start and end?

Our sale starts on the 17th November (this is our VIP only day - so make sure you are signed up!) and runs until the 30th November.

Do I need a code?

No! All discounts will be live on the site - so no codes are needed.

Can I use another discount code as well?

Unfortunately not! Our Black Friday Sale offers are not combinable with any other discount codes.

Is early access available?

Yes! Sign up to our mailing list to get VIP early access.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, our standard returns policy applies. Processing of returns may take a little longer than usual during the busy Black Friday sales period.

Will shipping take longer during the sale?

We will aim to get your order sent out as soon as possible, but we are extending our dispatch timeframe due to the busy sales period. There may be a slight delay on shipping orders out during this time depending on our order volume.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Unfortunately not all sold-out items will be back in time for Black Friday sales. Stock availability will depend on which country you are based in.

Our first ever Black Friday sale!

For the first time in POINTER & HOUND history, we're taking part in Black Friday!

We've always been intentional about keeping sales to a minimum, but as our little brand continues to grow, we wanted to do something special to thank our wonderful community for their support, and welcome some new faces along the way.

Traditionally, we'd celebrate our birthday in November by bringing our community together for an in-person event. This year looks a little different, with our founder Christina preparing to welcome her baby girl very soon. So instead, we're bringing the celebrations online with our very first Black Friday sale!

You can look forward to sitewide savings, selected offers of up to 20% off, and perhaps a few little surprises along the way...

It's our way of celebrating another year of POINTER & HOUND, and saying thank you for being part of our journey.
