The Adventures of Toby & Maple: A POINTER & HOUND Story is our first children’s book, inspired by the real Toby and Maple and created to celebrate the upcoming arrival of founder Christina’s baby girl.
Written and illustrated by Christina’s younger sister, Antonia, the story follows Toby and Maple on an adventure set around their family farm on Banks Peninsula, New Zealand - discovering along the way that we all have our own differences, strengths and special qualities that make us who we are.
Every illustration has been lovingly hand-painted in watercolour by Antonia, bringing the farm, its animals, and Toby and Maple’s personalities to life.
Created as something Christina could one day read to her own little girl, this book is a celebration of dogs, family and the adventures that bring us together.
A beautiful keepsake for children, new babies, grandchildren, nieces and nephews - or a special gift for any little dog lover.
