Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

At POINTER & HOUND, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love what you receive. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we’re committed to addressing them promptly. This policy outlines our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds. By purchasing from POINTER & HOUND, you agree to the terms below.


Refund Policy:
We understand that sometimes the wrong size or style is ordered - it happens!
You’re welcome to return your item within 14 days for a Refund or a Store Credit, which can be used anytime toward another item(s) of your choice (we recommend the Store Credit option option if you wish to make an exchange, as its faster than refunds which can take between 3-10 business days to return to your original payment method - please note: this varies depending on your bank / payment provider).


Returns Guidelines:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached, original product packaging, and free from pet hair or stains. If returned items appear used or not in original condition, we won’t be able to issue a credit or refund.
  • In the case above, where a item(s) is returned not in original condition - We will contact you to arrange the item’s return to you. Return postage for rejected items is the responsibility of the customer. If return postage is not paid within 14 days, the item will be considered abandoned.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Click the button below to initiate your return, once it has been approved you will be sent instructions on where to send it back to. Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be emailed a store credit voucher or refund (depending on your desired outcome). Please note that store credit vouchers do not expire.

Faulty Items:
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us immediately with photos of the issue. We may request the product be returned for inspection. If confirmed faulty, we’ll offer either a refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on what’s most appropriate.

Pre-Orders:
When you place a pre-order, that item is reserved specifically for you and included in our incoming stock allocation. This allows us to accurately determine what quantities and sizes to order. Please choose carefully when placing a pre-order. Stock is limited, and we may not be able to guarantee availability of alternative sizes or colours once the shipment arrives.

Sale Items:
We welcome returns on sale items within 14 days of receiving your order.
